Main Features:
1. Master batch and chips are of different extrusion property. The common extruder can not meet the requirements of extruding master batch. We design a special extruder for master batch, it can perform a stable function in a long time.
2. Dynamic mixer adopts three-stage design, which can be divided into rough, medium and precise mixer. It is with a small volume and high mixing accuracy, which can meet high-end clients’requirements.
3. Modular design allows user to disassemble and change every part easily.
4. For parameters settinng and system monitoring, touch screen and remote computer control system is optional . Romote computer control system can control several lines using one computer.
